The Opening Ceremony had many high notes, the singing and the harpist , Francesca Barsby's  beautiful playing not to mention the inspiring speeches.

              There were over twenty sponsored delegates from all over Europe, who were able to attend because         of  the generous fundraising of Hampshire members and those from other Federations.
